Last Friday, Oct. 15, the Varsity Lady Pioneers remained undefeated against the Weatherford Roo’s in their competition for the District Championship, continuing a so-far undefeated district season.
The varsity team led Weatherford 25-12, and then followed up with a 26-12 victory over North Crowley, bringing their district record to 12-0.
The Lady Pioneers have two remaining district games: today, Oct. 22, against the Haltom Buffalos, and their final match against the L.D. Bell Raiders on Oct.26.
Afterwards, the varsity team will advance to the playoffs for a chance to advance to state finals.
