The Bos swim teams both ranked in the top three teams last Saturday, Nov. 6, at the Hebron Hawks Invitational in The Colony. 

The ladies’ team placed second out of six schools, led by junior Sam Gonzalez, who took first place in both the 200-yard medley and 500-yard freestyle. Also leading the ladies team were juniors Avery Mason, who took first place in the 50-yard freestyle and second in the 100-yard butterfly and Cameron Andrews, who placed second both the 100-yard breaststroke and the 500-yard freestyle. Freshman Izzy Longspaugh , also placed first in the 100-yard breaststroke. 

Meanwhile the men’s team ranked third out of five schools, led by junior Kevin Mahmoodi , who took first place in both the 50-yard and 100-yard freestyle races, and senior Tyler Eynon , who placed first in the 100-yard breaststroke and 2nd in the 100-yard freestyle.

Both teams compete again on Dec. 4 at the Lewisville Invite.
